Dydine Umunyana Anderson, a child survivor of the genocide against the Tutsis in Rwanda, is an author, human rights advocate, revered speaker and co-founder of Kind Culture Community, dedicated to spreading kindness and cultivating change. 

Dr. Aliah MaJon(moderator) is the Founder of The Next 50 Years Project, where she teaches cultural intelligence to educational leaders and pioneers tools to build bridges across human differences and is an Educational Consultant and Training Facilitator.
